What gets deleted
- Account credentials and profile
- All inventory items and containers you created
- Photos and files you uploaded
- Group memberships and share records
- Checkout and lending history
What is retained
- Anonymised audit log records (up to 90 days, for legal compliance)
- Financial and payment records required by law
Before you delete
Your account will be permanently deleted 30 days after your confirmed request. You may cancel at any time by clicking the link in your confirmation email.
